Tasha O’Hara, Owner and General Manager
Tasha O’Hara worked as a waitress at the Tav on the Ave starting in 1995 while attending Minnesota State University, Mankato for her degree in speech communications. She worked there through graduation and in 1998 became the general manager. Then in 2001 Tasha left the Tav and moved to Chicago in hopes of one day opening a pizzeria with family friends. It was in 2003 that Tasha and her husband moved back to Mankato to have a place to call home. In 2005 the DINO’S Pizzeria concept was brought to Tasha by former employers Pat and Chris Person. Tasha is now the general manager and part owner of the New York Style Pizzeria. DINO’S is exactly how Tasha imagined it would be, only better and she looks forward to seeing you!
Jessica Bluhm, Pastry Chef
Jessica Bluhm is the pastry chef at DINO’S Pizzeria. She is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She recently moved back to the Greater Mankato area after working for D’Amico Kitchens in Naples FL and Minneapolis MN. Jessica enjoys chocolate and candy making. She is excited to be making desserts for you and also creates unique desserts for The Neighbor’s Italian Bistro and Tav on the Ave.
